Are you kidding me ? Is this really your first course ? Even though I did not get to see the version 1, this course is pretty good for a first timer !
I love the elevation work you did on this par-71 and the pano fits in very well with the landscape.
Right off the bat, the dogleg to the left par-4 1st hole is beautiful with its blind tee shot heading downhill offering a very wide open view of the mountains. The par-4 3rd hole is nice too with its serpentine creek, just like the par-5 7th, a dogleg to the left with the creek running along the fairway on the left side.
On the back 9, I like the par-5 10th hole, a dogleg to the left with three different ponds around the green and the par-5 14th with the stream on the left side of the fairway. The last few holes are more straightforward and easier.
Overall, you did a pretty good job considering that this is your first creation. As far as improving this course, I would have liked a little more smoothening on some cart paths and more plantings (trees, bushes, flowers), but, the again, since I don't know the course, maybe that's the way it is...
In the meantime, thumbs up for steveusmaximus !

I assume you fixed the graphics problems as i have not replayed it yet but no matter as I liked the first version anyway. Its very good course and your next will be even better I am sure of that, I have played some stinker courses...and they were not first time courses....believe me!

Sorry, but this course need more work,cause the back 9 is the same as the front nine with few yards more or less. To bad you did not try to build a better course....maybe next time

Wow, what a excellent effort for your first design.
The course has a real feel about it from the tee box's down to the greens. Real life textures.
