I realized I picked up the wrong bag, this morning, when I saw the first 3 holes on this course : instead of the golfing bag, I should have taken my mountain gear !
If you really want to play a crazy fantasy course, this is the place to be ! Incredible elevation changes, so unreal that you may want to quit at any time, but the gorgeous panorama and plantings are so breathtaking that you want to keep going...
After the very steep downhill green on the par-4 1st hole, reachable from the tee (with a little luck), the next holes will make your caddie either love you or hate you for the rest of his life ! If you manage to take a look at the par-4 10th hole, you should give yourself a standing ovation before trying to sit down and discover that right dogleg with an unbelievable sloped fairway...
To give you another idea of what unreal things you will be faced with, the left dogleg par-5 12th hole is only 348 yards ! But, I managed to score 105 (!) on that hole, simply because once you are in the bush or close to the vertical green, it's impossible to get out. Still, after that hole, I parred the 13th and score an eagle on the 14th !
Needless to say, this par 72 course is (almost) impossible to play, but the scenery is so gorgeous that it could become superb with less steep mountains and fewer trees...

This course is absolutely unplayable by very dry conds. That have nothing to do with fantasy. Even when scenery and hazards have well done!
