| I have windows 10 and thanks to the efforts of others I was able to install and run TW O8 in Windows 10 nicely. But the problem is when I double click on the desktop icon to start the game it starts with a black screen plus the EA Sports audio. The only way I can get the game video to play is to press alt+ctrl+delete and then the task manager window appears and I choose Cancel. THEN the video of the game appears. Crazy eh?? Anyway, is there and easier way to bypass the black screen at the startup of the game? |

Hiya Delvanis, there is a NOINTRO tool for it, i never tried on Win10, but i think it will work on win10:
Right click TW08 icon you start the game with ( mostly on desktop), and choose: Properties
On top select: shortcut
And in box target you will have:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\bin\TW2008.exe"
Now change Target to:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\bin\TW2008.exe" /NOINTRO
So at the end add: {space}/NOINTRO
And hit: Apply
Note: when you don t have TW08 icon on desktop:
go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\bin
Inside bin folder: right click TW08 icon....and in list choose: Copy to......and choose: Desktop ( create shortcut )

| It didn't work. A pop up said the address was not valid in the target box?This was after I added/NOINTO and clicked apply |

| Thank you. It works now. I didn't put a Space after the target address the first time I typed in /NOINTRO. It works fine now |
