| My WinXP install finally crashed, and took with it my Course Architect and TW06 set up. I have reinstalled and have retrieved my custom courses, but when I try to open them in the Architect it says I'm missing structural libraries and/or other libraries, and the Architect may crash, which it did. Any way to find out what libraries are missing? This has happened to me before, but the courses have always opened in Architect,with sort of placeholder textures where the missing library textures or structures should be. |

try the cltool - in utilities section - the missing libs will show as GUIDS, which you can look up in the Libraries section
or
if you have a compiled version of the course saved, use cltool or TWIT.exe to show the required libraries |

Or go to section: Utilities....Utilities and files for TW06..... Course design tools
As jbcalg mentioned above, Cloaking tool will tell you what libraries are missing ( Guid numbers ).
When you have the missing libraries ( guid numbers ), you can do a search in section libraries by Guid numbers.
( Or you can post the guid numbers of the missing libraries here.) |

THanks JBCalg and Gunpowder61. CAn't find the instructions/help for the CL Tool, and the two courses I'm trying to figure out what libraries are missing aren't appearing in the CL Tool, although the courses I've installed lately and the one custom created are showing up in CL.
Any ideas? |

there is a comprehensive cltool.htm help file included in the program
click on Help
if that doesnt find it, look in the folder where it is installed
when you open cltool - click on project and create one for the course /tca
then point it to where the tca is
it will show you what's needed or the guid for any missing ones |
