I am new to the site and maybe I'm doing something wrong. However, here is what is going on:
I have downloaded and installed TW08 Caddie Vista 64. I am actually running Windows 7-64.
I have downloaded 3 courses to try out, but when I try to install any of them I get the same error message.
It is as follows:
Access to path C:\Program Files\CourseDownloads.com\TW Caddie08-Vista 64\Temporary Files\7004-cypresspoint08 is denied
Any suggestions on how to correct this? |

Hiya Wiley....
When you downloaded automatic installer TWCaddie08 x64 beta, then you will have a zipfile:
First unzip or extract the downloaded zipfile ( TWCaddie08 x64 beta ) , and dubble click the file: setup.exe
And the TWCaddie08 will be installed on your system. When you installed TWCaddie08 correct then you will have a TWCaddie08 icon on your desktop.
Be sure to run TWCaddie08 as administrator:
On desktop right click TWCaddie08 icon....choose: Properties...Compatibility...and on bottom check box: Run as administrator
And when you want to download a course: First download and save the course zipfile on your pc
After that install the saved course in TW08 with TWCaddie08.
Or use the create myzip feature to install courses, TWcaddie08 will install it automatic in TW08 game.
Note: when it is still not working, reply to this post and i will send you some more help.

I have an icon on my desktop that is blue in color and has a C with an S inside it. It says TW Caddie 08.
Is this not what I should have? |

Yes it is a square icon as you say with C & S inside it, you should download courses using the create my zip option , but you have to subscribe for this.
you can down load each file seperately but that takes ages.
When you download the myzip , you can double click on it or use the option { open with }/ caddie |

Yes as Argon says: when you download a course click the box: CreateMyzipfile
After that choose: Open
And TWCaddie08 will install the course and libraries in TW08 game.

Glad it is no working , occasionally do this
1 open caddie
2 Top left hand side [ TAB ] options
3 Drop down box 2nd item down = coursedownloads ---> sync mylibraries , you then log in and ok, this then keeps your libraires in sync as many courses use the same ones your then saving on the size of the file you down load. |
