Course Architect Comments

DeBary Golf and Country Club is a fabulous semi-private course located in between Daytona Beach and Orlando Florida. It is known locally as one of the best courses for the dollar, and routinely hosts US Open and US Senior Open qualifying. It is not very long by professional standards at just under 6800 yards from the tips, but with OB surrounding almost every hole, and the fast sloping greens, good scores are rarely had here in real life golf. At the most recent senior open qualifier, the low round was 70! The 18th is considered one of the finest finishing holes in all of Central Florida.
