With a gorgeous sun-lit mountain panorama, this course is very scenic with its beautiful views of the lake from almost every hole.
Not overly difficult, this par 72 lacks a little bit of variety as you will spend most of your time hitting downhills shots on either straight or dogleg holes (mostly of the back 9). But with nice trees, a few bunkers here and there, and smooth fairways and greens, it plays very nicely and is quite enjoyable and a definite keeper, as far as I am concerned.

Hi Willie,

Loved the course, but not sure how you got the name, as I lived in the sandbelt area, behind Kingston Heath, and this course is called Woodlands not the Woodlands.

Keep them coming and I will now play Baltusrol.

Nice course until 4th green, continual rollback.Unfortunate as designer makes good courses but still does not cater for expert-very dry play. As i have stated before the designer could benifit from feedback from designers such as Axe360 as to what is playable in all conditions for all levels.
