I can't remember the last time I was happy to finish at even par on a golf course !
This par-72 should have been called "Point Lumbago Golf Club Resort", as it is pretty tough, especially on the front 9 (shot +6 in... novice mode !).
It starts with the par-4 1st hole, a nice downhill dogleg to the left, followed by the uphill par-3 2nd with its very tiny green and keeps going on with the uphill par-4 blind tee shot with... water in the middle of the fairway and the downhill green !
The par-4 5th has a very tough 2nd shot with water in front of the tiny green too.
The par-5 7th is beautiful with its big bunkers near the uphill green and the last two holes are nice too in their own way (uphill greens on both).
On the back 9, I like the par-5 11th, similar to the 3rd hole, the par-4 13th with its big rocks and water near the green, the uphill par-3 14th with its beautiful view, the par-4 15th, similar to the 13th and the par-3 17th, gorgeous.
As for the par-5 18th, it is spectacular, especially with its downhill approach to the green, very close to the water and the clubhouse.
As you can see, there are a lot of difficult holes with a few slopey greens on the front 9.
But after shooting 72, I told myself that I will play this course again to lower my score. In the meantime, my hat's off to willie for this great challenging course...

I agree with the BIG pimper on this one, the course(s) look very nice but the green texture is always different than the fairway. It just doesn't seem to fit the layout very well, once that's taken care of, courses will be very sweet!!
