This course is as flat as a pancake, except for the water surfaces, which should be flat. (sigh)
I believe the Brecon Mountains are located in Wales. I don't think Wales is known for its oversize palm trees. A minor point, maybe, but some credibility in such details can never harm your course.
No visible improvement whatsoever compared to your previous effort. Do read some tutorials on how to shape fairways, bunkers and greens, please.
